About

I’m a UK creator currently based in Australia. I spent years in the hair and beauty industry, then ran my own personal training business, online and in person. I’ve competed in powerlifting and HYROX and run half marathons. Right now I’m in my reformer Pilates era alongside the gym. I’m health conscious with a whole foods approach, and live a low tox life. When I’m not creating content, you’ll find me on a sunrise walk, finding a cute cafe, reading a good book or building something with AI. I make warm, natural talking to camera, voiceover, demo and storytelling content. I film in a clean, bright, clutter free home with a large open plan kitchen, a pool and an outdoor seating area. I’m also comfortable filming in the Pilates studio, the gym, at the beach and in cafes.
