I’m John, a Filipino-Australian creator and dad of three based in Sydney. Tuft & Craft Vlog

Tuft & Craft Chippendale invited me into their studio to experience a beginner-friendly tufting workshop and share it with my audience. I filmed a vlog-style recap of the full experience, from choosing my Eevee design and colours through to tufting, trimming and backing the rug. I then edited it into a vertical video with a relaxed voiceover, answering common questions about how it works, how long it takes and what to expect on the day, with a clear “save this and book a session with friends” style CTA. The content was posted organically on my TikTok as a UGC-style review to drive awareness and consideration for the studio.

Casetify Unboxing

CASETiFY sent me a selection of their new phone cases featuring the latest artist designs and briefed me to create a fast, trend-led unboxing for TikTok. I shot a snappy vertical video using a trending sound, showcasing the different artworks, textures and details in quick cuts, plus close-ups of how the cases look on my phone. The edit focused on aesthetic shots, satisfying transitions and simple on-screen text to highlight key features (protection, design, swap-ability), ending with a clear “which one should I use first?” style CTA to drive comments and saves. Posted organically on my TikTok as native UGC content.
