The intent behind this UGC video was to authentically showcase how assisted stretching at StretchLab has become an important part of my recovery routine. Rather than creating a generic promotional video, I wanted to tell a genuine personal story that would resonate with women in a similar stage of life. The content highlights that I regularly train at the gym and enjoy staying active, but that recovery has become increasingly important due to the physical changes associated with menopause. I touch on common challenges such as increased joint stiffness, muscle tightness and longer recovery times, positioning StretchLab as a practical solution that helps me move more freely, recover more effectively and continue doing the activities I love. The overall tone is relatable, educational and lifestyle focused, allowing viewers to see how StretchLab fits naturally into my weekly routine. The goal was to build trust through an authentic personal experience, while demonstrating the real benefits of assisted stretching for active women navigating menopause.
