🍓 Mix 1/2 cup desiccated coconut + 1/2 cup almond meal + 1 & 1/2 cup oat flour + 2 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt. 🍓 In a separate bowl mix 3 eggs + 1/3 cup maple syrup + 1 tsp vanilla + 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 🍓 Combine wet and dry ingredients 🍓 Add 1.5 cups frozen raspberries + 1/2 cup white choc chips (I used @noshufoods sugar free) 🍓 Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes 🍓 Enjoy! #naturopath #naturalmedicine #nutrition #healthysnack #gfmuffins #gfcooking #glutenfree
