Pillow Pod
So the brief was quite structured, I was actually given the voiceover as a script to follow. They wanted a strong hook of me falling into the Pillow Pod, then shots like the full length of the pillow, along with clips of me sleeping, tossing and turning, and just generally using it as part of my day-to-day routine. I filmed it in a really natural, at-home setting to keep it feeling relatable and true to how I’d actually use it. Even though the brief was quite specific, I still made sure the content didn’t feel too “ad-like” and kept that organic mum-life vibe. The content has been used for paid ads across Facebook and Instagram. In terms of performance, within the first 30 days the content delivered strong click-through rates (0.70–0.90) with efficient cost per click, alongside an 18% hook rate and 3.5-second hold rate — indicating the creative was effective in both capturing attention and maintaining viewer engagement as a paid ad.
