Cooper Hough - Mental Health Run
In October this year, cooper will be taking off along one of Australia’s longest trails, the Heysen Trail, from Parachilna to Cape Jervis. 1,200km’s aiming to be completed in just under 2 weeks, equating to approximately 90km of movement each day. Throughout this journey, cooper is aiming to raise money for the @beyondblueofficial to support the 3 million Australians who are currently struggling with mental health issues.
